Q- Is Holland Painting insured?

A- Yes, we are fully insured.

All employees are covered by a Worker’s Compensation Policy in compliance with Wisconsin State regulations for Painting Contractors. We also have a Business Owner’s Liability Policy in compliance with the State regulations. Certificate of Insurance is available upon request. It is good to ask, we are covered (and so are you)!

 

Q- Do I need to pay for work up front or when it is completed? 

A- After reviewing your project, Holland Painting will present you with a written proposal of work to be completed, per your project specifications.  Upon agreement of these terms, a deposit of 10% is usually requested.  This deposit signifies an agreement by both parties of the work that is to be done, and the estimated costs involved.  Upon satisfactory completion of work, a statement will be sent to you for the balance due (less the 10% already paid).

 

Q- What is your safety policy?

A- Our policy is “Safety First”, and we take all necessary precautions to ensure a pleasant outcome for your painting project.  Safety equipment and/or scaffolding is used as we see fit, and when we feel more comfortable.   All safety equipment is new, and fall protection devices, when needed, are rated to at least 24kn.

 

Q- Does Holland Painting guarantee their work?

A- Yes, we guarantee workmanship for two years from the date of completion, unless otherwise stated. This means that if the paint fails due to any fault of ours, we will fix the problem free of charge. (*some restrictions due to pre-existing conditions may apply, please ask for details.)

 

Q- What kind of paint does Holland Painting use?

A-  The specific brand and type of paint we use is influenced by a number of factors including customer preference, the nature of the project, and other bid specifications.  Please ask for more details.
