We are pleased to announce that Aaron Holland is invited to participate in the 16th annual Sturgeon Bay Street Art event:
Participants are asked to design and/or create a unique “bench” that has something to do with Sturgeon Bay, WI. The artists have approx. four months to create their bench, after which it is displayed on the streets of Sturgeon bay for visitors to appreciate (and use!). At the end of Summer (September 2016) the benches will be sold to the highest bidder at a public auction in downtown Sturgeon Bay.

The pirate map was made using a burning pen, aniline dyes, traditional gold leaf, and then the entire bench was stained with clear and tinted deck sealers to make it suitable for outdoor use.
